DEMAND DRAFTS
A demand draft is a written order by a bank branch to another bank branch to pay a stated sum of money to the designated holder of the instrument.  Banks issue such order at your request against a small fee and hand it over the instrument i.e. the Demand Draft to you which you have to send to the beneficiary.

PAY ORDER
You need a Pay Order for making local payments to some supplier / dealer for the goods/services purchased by you. This may happen if:
1. The Dealer is not accepting your payment in cash / your personal Cheque.
2. You have availed a loan from us for purchase of some asset (car, scooter, machinery, equipment, property etc.) and the payment is directly being sent to the seller.
